Recruitment/Retention Strategy

Crucial to CreeQuest Corp. is the increase of Indigenous employment opportunities in all our projects and partnerships. The plan includes addressing community-specific logistical challenges, establishing ongoing support for employees, refining recruitment sessions, working with employment and training coordinators, and developing employee recognition programs. We also provide Elder Advisory support on all our projects.

Drilling

CreeQuest Corp. and NPLH Drilling are both privately-owned companies providing contracting opportunities in the centre of the province for the mining sector. NPLH Drilling brings experience in First Nation relations, and services including Surface Diamond Drilling, Reverse Circulation Drilling, Remote Drilling and Helicopter Portable. We recently worked together on a Fall Harvest Promotion that included Cash Prizes and Turkeys for our local communities. Our partnership has launched a six-month Manager in Training (MIT) program for a Taykwa Tagamou member. The program exposes the MIT candidate to all aspects of the mining drilling industry.
